How fast can you get out for a repair?
Most North County repair calls get same-day or next-morning service. On hot summer days the schedule fills up early, so call in the morning for the best chance of same-day. Maintenance plan members go to the front of the line.
How much does a diagnostic visit cost?
$79. That flat fee covers the visit and the diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, the fee is waived and rolled into the repair cost.
What does the 3-year labor warranty cover?
On qualifying installations, our labor is covered for three years, and that includes two maintenance visits per year. Manufacturer warranties on the equipment itself are separate. The specifics for your system are listed on your written quote.
Should I repair or replace my system?
As a rule of thumb: under 10 years old, repair it. Between 10 and 15 years, it depends on the cost of the repair. Past 15 years, replacement is usually the better long-term move. We'll walk you through the math either way.
Do you offer financing?
We're finalizing a financing partner so you can spread the cost of a new system over time. Ask us about it during your estimate. We also check current utility and state rebate programs and handle the paperwork for the ones you qualify for.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a California C-20 HVAC contractor license (#1155266) and EPA Section 608 certification, and we're bonded and fully insured.
