Frequently Asked Questions
How fast can you get out for a repair?
Most North County repair calls get same-day or next-morning service. On hot summer days the schedule fills up early, so call in the morning for the best chance of same-day. Maintenance plan members go to the front of the line.
How much does a diagnostic visit cost?
$79. That flat fee covers the visit and the diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, the fee is waived and rolled into the repair cost.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a California C-20 HVAC contractor license (#1155266) and EPA Section 608 certification, and we're bonded and fully insured.
Do you only work on residential homes?
Yes. We focus on residential so we can do it well: single-family homes, condos, ADUs and small multi-unit residential properties. We don't do commercial.
What brands do you install?
Carrier, Trane, Goodman and Daikin for split systems and heat pumps, and Mitsubishi and Daikin for mini-splits. We'll tell you honestly which fits your home and budget, and we don't push the brand with the highest margin.
What's your warranty?
Qualifying installations include our 3-Year Peace of Mind Labor Warranty with two maintenance visits a year. Manufacturer warranties on the equipment are separate. The specifics for your system are listed on your written quote.
